The MF5 Ceiling Section is used in conjunction with MF metal ceiling systems. The MF5 section joins below the MF7 Primary Support Channel. Speak to an advisor regarding the use of ceiling furrings to avoid unwanted noise which can occur when doors open and close, especially in small rooms. These ceiling furrings attach to primary channels with self drill wafer screw. An added advantage is the surface which is achieved is suitable for the majority of the decorative finishes, both smooth and textured.
